The historic Avon Fishing Pier is located right on property, offering easy access for anglers and unforgettable sunrise views over the Atlantic.
Pool Access With Oceanfront Deck + Live Music
Guests have access to the on-site pool area, open seasonally with posted hours.
Lounge on our two story oceanfront deck for spectacular view of the pier. Then step onto the beach from our dune walk over with more seating.

We have clean community restrooms and showers available 24/7 for registered guests.
Outdoor Recreation
Guests can enjoy Kavon Park, a grassy recreational space perfect for kids to play and families to gather.
Dogs are welcome to be in the area, but please note the area is not fenced in. There is a clean up station located in the park.
Don’t forget to check out the Avon Art Walk too on your way to the pier.
